Sent over a fully functioning laptop to retrieve data from a formatted hard drive. Didnt get the data retrieved, and when they returned the laptop, they said, it isnt working anymore, sorry. When i saw the laptop afterward, I heard something rattle inside and after I opened it, some screws were missing, the way they had forced opened some of the parts without opening some screws broke those parts as well. Terrible service. Wouldnt recommend them ever
