PetSmart If Busy Call

Bought multiple fish from here, and every other fish was diseased and died within 2 days. We have a large tank and pristine water. Do not buy fish here. Some staff were helpful, but most were ignorant and distracted. Very unimpressed.

Kelcey is an awesome Puppy Trainer!!!

I have taken my puppy to training classes since she was 10 weeks old and Kelcey is AWESOME! I wasn't planning on doing training, but I'm so happy with how Kelcey teaches me and my stubborn/intelligent puppy! I would highly recommend her as a dog trainer! - Also, they have pretty good sales regularly on gear/toys/treats.

First time getting dog groomed and they did a poor, lazy job but at least it was done. Decided to give a second chance because of location. Bad mistake and without going into too much details...ended up taking dog early because of horrible customer service and attitudes of workers. If they are like that to your face how are they to your pet??? DO not recommend.

Pet-Not-So-Smart

I have been going to Pet Smart for years now.My experiences with the staff has been,at best, underwhelming and at worst,infuriating.The employees are supposed to be informed,and the truth is that they are the opposite.Check out service is dreary to say the least.They have on more than one occasion tried to give me misinformation on how to run my aquarium.I have done more research with years of raising healthy fish than they could ever dream.Yet,they will insist that they know best.Big huge lol

I always get such a mixed review when going here: the people at cash are almost always exclusively grumpy and uninterested in anything but talking among coworkers, everytime I call or deal with people at small pets they are generally pretty nice but very short and uninformed in what they are talking about, and I find its very hard to find help because there is almost always NO ONE on the floor walking around. I always go here because they have everything I need, but they really lack in the service area. Sometimes I almost feel its as bad as walking into PetLand...... They really need to train their staff on how to be present with the customer they are attending and how to appear much more open and approachable. Some staff are great, but they're pretty few and far between, and I've been shopping here for years.

The first time I brought my dog in for a grooming I was very specific about the lenght of the hair on and around his face. He is a Westie and I wanted him to look like one. When I went to pick him up, I was picking up a dog that did not look like a Westie at all. I was not happy.

They are so professional and polite, not to mention fun and very easy going. Which is something you need when you are leaving your pet in the care of someone else! They made me feel very much at ease and they ended up doing a great job!
