Best gym ever - lots of calories burned and muscle gained. Staff and trainers are awesome!
I tried out a class and it was amazing! The staff were welcoming and friendly. I received a private consultation and orientation to all equipment I would be using during the class. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, the support, and loved seeing my progression from my heart rate monitor on the board. I had great workout. The trainer corrected my alignment which I appreciated as I don't need an injury. The following day I received a support phone call. 5 stars!
Best fitness club I've been to and amazing staff!!

My husband and 14 year old joined this gym. My husband had hernia surgery in June, so we had to cancel both memberships (the 14 year old couldn't work out without an adult). They needed a doctor's note, and the 14 year old had to be there to cancel (?!). They continued to charge our visa for July/August (130+ dollars each). Talked to Marc, credited 3 of the 4 charges (gee thanks). Charged our visa again in August!! #like quitting the Mob. Had to cancel our visa!

Hi Leanne, We're sorry to hear that it was perceived that way. Both your husband and son were doing so great, and truthfully we still consider them family. We had credited what we could, and what was not used will be available when they are ready to return. As noted when they signed up and upon cancelation our 30 day cancelation policy applied to both memberships. We offer condolences and get healthy soon wishes. Respectfully, Team OTF
If I could give negative stars I would. My husband has been charged for a membership which was cancelled due to medical conditions back in March 2017. He was told at that time that it would be taken care of and there would be a credit for the heart monitor he never received. He was not charged for April-June but no credit for the heart monitor he paid for. In July he was charged the monthly fee again. He went in again in July to get it corrected, yet here we are mid August & no credits.
