While visiting the Lethbridge area and Not knowing which cab company to call, I picked 5th ave and I am glad I did.
I have had to use them several times and ALL of the different drivers have been so polite and friendly! The cabs are clean.
My only negative ( and the only reason I rated them 4/5 stars) is the after hours dispatchers from Calgary.
1 wasn’t too bad ( not great either) but the other was downright rude!!!
The local dispatchers who worked the daytime hours were great!!!
Booked a cab 11/09/17 for pick up at the Sandman Hotel lobby, was tokd it's a 10-15 minute wait. 30 minutes of waiting the cab did not arrive. Phoned dispatcher, was told cab picked up the wrong customer at the hotel. No one was waiting for a cab at the lobby except me. Dispatcher obviously lied.
