Fifth Avenue & Lethbridge Cabs

I used to use this cab all of the time, and was loyal to them for years. Even as a Canada post delivery person I always made sure to use their service each and every day. I have not used a cab in years but needed one, and again called for fifth avenue cabs. I called and was told it would be a 20 minute wait. After 35 minutes I called and asked if there was an issue and they said no it will be there in 7 to 8 minutes. 45 minute mark, still no driver. Call again oh hes almost there mam hes on wh

It’s now 5 am, booked the cab at 1:45 . I’m now at home ! Over 2 hrs late. Called 3 times . Dispatch lie and drivers don’t care . 5th Ave have just lost my company’s business!!!!

Very disappointing service. Booked this cab to pick me up from the airport. The operator told me the cab man decided to pick someone else while I was collecting my bags without ringing my cell. No rationale or apology was provided

I will never use ...

I will never use this taxi service again. I was left waiting for half an hour and was late. Don't use this taxi unless you have all the time in the world. L.A. transits is faster and friendlier. I also found the dispatcher far from helpful.

Stranded

I have been left stranded multiple times by this company where I have called, been given a wait time and then no cab has come and I can no longer get a hold of the company by phone. If I could rate them less than 1 I would.
