Dennis has a Master of Science degree in Adult Education and has worked as a trainer and training consultant for the past 20 years. Dennis is a regular part-time instructor with Continuing Education at Red Deer College. He facilitates training in many communities throughout Alberta. He uses the dynamics of change in his training style and in his personal life. His focus, and sensitivity is to the "Training Bottom Line" which is affecting lasting change through training.
