Poor Residential service

Kurt Ramark did the original siding on my new home, the orignal warranty service was terrific, however I have requested some fresh/new work to be done and after many phone calls and 2 months later I finally had someone come out to do an estimate, now 6 months later and more phone calls, I have yet to see my estimate or have a sales contact return my calls.
