They only represent themselves. Will ask for an application fee and u will never see that money again. Doesnt matter if u get the place or not. Also when u move out u also wont see a nickel of your damage deposit either.
There is lots of false information here. We do not charge an "application fee". We do require a $500 deposit to run an application. If the application is declined for any reason at all, the full deposit is returned. If the application is accepted, then the $500 is put towards the security deposit.
Also, you never rented a property from us. You applied, you were approved, you set a move-in date. We pulled the ads, declined other offers and held the property vacant for you. Then you refused to move-in. That is why you forfeited your application deposit. I am assuming this is the same person that posted to our Facebook page on the same date as this unfair review.
