If I could rate it less than 1, I would they told me i was eligible for the class 5, I paid, passed the road test then told me I am ineligible for the full 5 after passing the advanced road test, they refunded me my money and told me to wait 2years they are the most unprofessional bunch ever... go anywhere but here they would screw you over big time... they didnt tell me I ought to wait 10days after transferring license to do an upgrade, they were so happy to take my money
Horrible service. I waited in line up for an hour. There were at least 8 people working there but only 1 person was actually helping customers the rest were either sat at their desk pretending to do other work or they were just chating in a group. Once it was ny turn the girl helping me kept getting interupted by other employees for help and i was just left hanging. This place needs better management and needs to learn to put customers first
