The story of ENGAGED is the story of my 27 years as a professional videographer who started out in 1989 as Alta Resort Productions, shooting tourist ski videos in Banff and the surrounding area; I shot my first wedding film in June of that year and fell in love with the romance of a wedding day. Meanwhile, the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel, which hosted a steady stream of high end companies — served as a focal point of my burgeoning corporate business by allowing me access to Fortune 500 companies. Technological advances brought Alta Resort Productions through the late 90?s and into the new millennium.
