Dishonest, even lying about the options for financing and what is mandatory to sign for the purchase etc. They tried to change the previous agreed upon price. Tried to add outrages fees which we agreed would be included. I had the option of financing through the bank of their choosing or not getting the vehicle I had factory ordered. On top of that, when the vehicle was delivered to us with a chip in the windshield they refused to take responsibly for it 'because that is the risk of delivery'
Haha was unreal to deal with. I needed a vehicle to be reliable for winter and he offered me superior online services and got me the best price upfront. No back and forth. Very happy
Very happy with the entire buying experience at Team Ford- I got plenty of options, my space to decide and never felt pushed or rushed into a decision. Got an amazing deal in the end also which was way better than what I was getting at other places.
The Team Ford staff is absolutely wonderful! They are terribly kind and take the time to genuinely get to know you on a personal level, which isn’t something you see very often in the customer service industry. They make you feel like family, always ready with a smile or a kind word. I live on the opposite end of the city, but will happily drive to Team Ford for all my vehicle needs!
SERVICE REVIEW – I made an appointment for first thing Monday in advance, not knowing that they were days behind. They had my vehicle for 3 whole days, did nothing with it and didn’t communicate with me at all. Leo was argumentative and completely unapologetic when confronted and told me that they “can’t predict the future”. Why bother taking appointments then? They need a lesson in customer service!
I had a very good experience with Mark. Went in to trade my car for a truck. Was very picky and precise about what I needed and wanted in my truck. He made it happen and put me in a beautiful FX4 with full appearance package like i wanted and the space my family needed and deserve. Will do business again with Mark and will def send people his way. Very professional and great Sales person.
I need to tape these sales rep.... Everytime they promise you a deal and you return they said it didn't happen... I wouldn't even introduce/recommend my enemies to team ford.... Please be careful when shopping at this location....
I went in with a flat tire, they figured out what the problem was wrong with it immediately. Quick, efficient, friendly. Lenard and Steve are the best!!
My husband and I had an appointment for a test drive last Saturday. We arrived on time and immediately noticed the vehicle had not been pulled out. We entered the store and saw our salesperson, Olga, standing there. There were two people sitting at a desk, but she was standing. My husband went to her to say hello and he was Shussed! She actually put her finger to her mouth and shussed him. Apparently, she was too busy to say she was running late. We bought our vehicle elsewhere on Thursday.
