Erinn Trebaczkiewicz started blogging as a creative outlet, and then she found herself being drawn to children’s fashion. “I felt more comfortable styling kids, putting outfits and styles together. I felt I was a little better at it,” says Erinn. “I started with a website through Shopify. There was a lot of research, a lot of reading and a lot of questions being asked to everybody and anybody.” Erinn then rented a space downtown and, in a few short years, Shop the Skinny went from an online store to a modern, hip clothing boutique in the historic Mercer Warehouse building downtown.
Shop the Skinny is Erinn's first business venture and, as the business grew, she had to be quick on her feet to adjust to success. “This has been a huge learning curve. It’s actually what makes it awesome as well. I’m always learning something new; it’s never boring. I take it as a creative challenge,” she says. “I truly love every aspect of it. I love owning my own business. Trying to work my way through problems when they come up is never boring.”
Erin Trebaczkiewicz, the sweetest and the most stylish mom owns this children's clothing shop, located in the very cool Vacancy Hall, inside the Mercer Warehouse.
