Did I really just...
Did I really just pay over $300 for 20 minutes of work? Not really sure I can even call it work when he hooked up a machine, pressed a button then packed up. Mind you, i'm not saying they didn't do a good job, but certainly not enough for me to spend $300 just to unclog the kitchen sink. Also, isn't it common courtesy to notify the customer of how much the repair will cost before he starts? I can't help but feeling ripped off.
