If you want to have refreshing sleep at night, STAY AWAY from renting at Dunedin UNTIL management FIX ELEVATORS at this place. Both elevators in this building have harsh mechanical problems. This results in LOUD NOISES any time elevator is used. North Elevator is the worst. DAY AND NIGHT it ascends/descends ON ITS OWN, opening and closing doors on random floors – BANGING, CLANKING, GRINDING 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. If this complaint is still here, they have not fixed the issue!
