The first Mt. Fuji outlet was opened the Telus Building in Edmonton by long-time sous chef Ross Quiñones. With just three other employees, Ross nurtured a line of hungry lunch customers -- with Mt. Fuji's teppan-yaki and original sauce made fresh from scratch. Currently, Mt.
