I was a loyal MHK customer for 14 years and thought my insurance was a little on the high side so I shopped around. I found a quote from somewhere else and was told under no circumstances could match and sent me paperwork to let me go. Normally that's not an issue but it would appear that I wasn't given credit for 5 years of driving history and in trying to get a letter from them to get credit for it at my new place have been giving the run around. The lack of professionalism is frustrating.
