The muscles and sauce are a great combo. I also enjoy the fried chicken and rib combo. I would say that it is a great casual dining experience.
I don't know what all the fuss is about. The locals love this place. As far as I'm concerned it's mediocre. The Po Boys are good, but nothing special, and they are quite heavy (thick/fat sauces). The sweet potato fries are worth trying.. they're better than the regular fries. I was recommended the blackened chicken and wasn't impressed by it.. it was too tasteless. The Andouilli sausage was good (probably the best one I tried), Philly cheese steak OK, Bayou burger good. They either brew their own beer, have it specially made, or just have an unconventional selection. It's good, but really not as amazing as everyone makes it out to be. My favorite is the Chili Lager.. it packs a punch. I've been three or four times. Nearly every time I've been I was disappointed with the service. Either you're waiting forever for a table/, or the waitresses are impatient... to top it off the place is way too small. It has a very 'diner' like feel to it.

Try the blackened catfish Po' Boy from DaDeO, which serves Cajun-style comfort food. The Po'Boy originates from Louisiana and is sure to please your palette. Plus, it comes with a choice of your side (tip: try the sweet potato fries). Bonus tip: Hit up DaDeO on Mondays and Tuesdays for $12 Po'Boys.
View this Smart ListThe sweet potato fries here are legendary. They are super thick, coated with some sort of magical fairy dust and deep fried to crispy perfection. A rich herb mayo comes on the side, for your dipping pleasure. There’s also the option of sweet potato fry poutine, with gravy and melted mozzarella instead of the traditional squeaky curds.

You can’t go wrong with their reasonably-priced Po’ Boys dishes, such as the fried oyster or blackened catfish sandwiches served with crispy sweet potato fries. Listen to juke box music and enjoy your complimentary biscuits with jalapeño jelly while you wait for your food to arrive.
