THE PANCAKE EXPERIMENT

I never saw it before it was renovated; however, I have been several times since they re-opened, and I've loved it every time. The ambiance is perfect (cute cafe style), the food is great, and thank goodness for more vegan restaurants that have tasty food!! I'm very grateful for this place :)
i've been here several times, each time i wonder if i should bother coming back. It's never been bad, but it's never been great. The service is extremely lacklustre, I feel grateful if the servers acknowledge you at all...the food is average, nothing stands out in my mind as something i would make an effort to return for. I like the decor and the art and the atmosphere..but something about this place just doesn't do it for me.

A Whyte Avenue institution, Café Mosaics has been serving up farm fresh vegan and vegetarian cuisine since the 1990s. I’d recommend the Mystery burger, which features a mystery veggie sauce and a pile of vegetables, oats, spices, organic tofu and flour packed into one delicious patty.
