Called for a bath...
Called for a bathroom quote and Paul mentioned he could also help me with my tankless hotwater system because he said it appeared to be broken mechanically.
Workers showed up a couple days later did exactly what I already planned on doing myself, this included him spending 1 hour on the phone with his boss and manufacturer. Poor quality of work and charged me $350.00 @ 125/Hr labour. Prices and lack of transparency. Do not recommend.
Hello again, Thanks for your opinion. Sorry you didn't see value in your experience and the work we did for you. The worker was a journeyman, troubleshoot the problem, fixed it with help from the manufacturer, and left no stone unturned. My offer still stands if your unit ices up inside, we will refund you and go our separate ways. I'm also sorry you felt the need to copy and paste this review on every website you could find.

I'm a DIY kind of...
I'm a DIY kind of guy, so I don't call for service often. I ran into an issue that I could fix myself, so I gave these guys a call. The plumber who came by was friendly and knowledgeable. He also worked quickly, which was appreciated since they charge by the hour. I'd be confident to call them again.

Unhappy
First I want to say that the young man who arrived at our business was pleasant and worked quickly. He seemed to know what the issue was and had the problem fixed in 10 min or less. 7 months ago Butler plumbing did the entire plumbing job for our new business construction. We paid many thousands of dollars for that work. Today we were told that the warranty on that work was 30 days only. For the less than 10 minutes work we were billed $178.00. On this invoice there were no charges for parts. This was labour and dispatch only. We find that excessive. The 30 days warranty is surprising to say the least. Perhaps this is normal practice for plumbers. We will be sure to seek plumbing assistance elsewhere from now on.
Please accept my response to this review. Your warranty was 1 year on workmanship. Your issue was a piece of calcium that got lodged into one of your flush valves. This had nothing to do with our workmanship and was debris that came from the city water mains. You forgot to mention that we had a plumber out very promptly to fix your problem. Sorry thing didn't work out between us.
