Trying to get hold of them for the last one month, absolutely the worst service possible. No one answers the phone so there is no way of getting answers or making an appointment.
Absolutely outstanding service from Sadhna and Binali. Today is the first time we received excellent service from BLS Edmonton. As per our previous experience, going to BLS Edmonton was horrible and stressful. The old staff was very rude and unprofessional. He used to send everyone back many times for simple things which can be done at site and makes things complicated. But now these ladies made a drastic change. Keep up the wonderful work and thank you so much Sadhna and Binali. ?
very Professional and helpful staff,i visited this place 2 week back and i made some mistake in my pcc application .the staff cooperate with me and help me to fill the new application on spot and submit it even after the appointment .
I have been trying to book appointment over phone, in person by visiting the center and online, but no one talks at the center. They keep the door closed. No one answers phone calls. Online booking is not available and they don’t attend applicant without appointment
I had few questions about surrendering indian passport and applying for Visa and was apprehensive about going to BLS office after what I had heard about the staff there. To my surprise on the contrary they were amazing, extremely helpful. I can't explain the stress i was going through since my tickets were booked and I didnt think about visa before.. but i am so grateful to the staff who helped me in the best possible manner.. I regret not asking the name of the lady agent who assisted me there.
Absolutely no customer service
I cannot get hold of anyone by phone or email so we decided to drive 5 hours to the location. We were 30 mins before closing time and the lady refused to serve us saying that it is covid we are closing early. She would not give us any information. One of the worst customer service.
Excellent service by Bhawna. This was our first time when we got best service from BLS office. She was very professional and attentive. Good luck Bhawna for your future. Thanks Bhawna for your great service, You are an asset to BLS.
The BLS website does not tell you that they do not accept application where the applicant has any relative such as parent, grandparent or spouse of Pakistan origin. you are directed to send information to consulate general who by the way does not accept visa applications which are outsourced to BLS!

Usless place! The website does not give enough information for renewal of passport. The call center misguides you and once you reach this place they have completely new set of requirements. I had to rush back and forth in this terrible weather in Edmonton. You would think, that in BJP's new dispensation these places will get their act together. Very stressful experience after paying the money!!
Excellent services provided by BSL persons serving in the office located 10016-29A Edmonton. Both employees are knowledgeable. They provided us detail and clear information, very polite and helpful. Great Job!
So disappointed with the service. They told me they cant process my application for no reason and I have to come back again with all those forms. I dont understand if the office hours are 9-5 why I have to come back next day. I will get the papers from India doesnt matter if takes more time but not going back there for sure. So unprofessional.
i really appreciate the services provided there as it was second time visiting this place but both experiences were totally different. This time they were very nice and helpfull we just were done within few minutes.overall very quick and good services by both of the persons sitting there.
