I have taken both my vehicles to Leno, my Ford F150and my Lincoln MKX and have been totally impressed with the service as well as recommended service. This shop is honest with what needs to occur and what can wait. All of my recent work done by Leno has been above board and I will continue to bring my vehicles to him... I recommend if you are looking go with Leno
He did the brakes and now my brake pedal basically goes to the floor. Took it to another recommended shop Mochanics and they told me Twisted Wrench used the lowest OEM brake pads he could find. Twisted never told me he was going to use these pads, and now the brakes feel like garbage.
Twisted also "did" my A/C and it still doesn't blow cold air...
After using various mechanics and dealer service centres around town, and ALWAYS leaving these places feeling less than satisfied, i have FINALLY found my go-to mechanic. Lino, the owner AND lead mechanic at Twisted Wrench, is honest, competent and most importantly....A GREAT LISTENER. He actually listens to your concerns regarding your vehicle....something i have never really experienced from anywhere else. I trust him with ALL of our vehicles including my service trucks. I am not affiliated with Lino in any way aside from being a customer, but i cant say enough great things about him. Try him out, you will be hooked like me!!
