Avoid this Tim's!!!!!! Slow as hell and give The customer a chance to scan the rewards card before you ask for payment. If you're paying by debit and they put it in the debit machine before scanning your card, you won't get the points, nor will you get any of the discounts.
She just took my order and asked how I'm paying, Punched it in, popped up on the interactive screen before I could even scan my Tim's card. Had it in my hand and she just walked away.
I go to this tim hortons every morning the customer service is great. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but its because they are so busy. The coffee is always the freshest cup i can get at any tims.
