I gave some clothing here to be cleaned at the Brentwood location in Calgary. When I picked it up, an expensive Club Monaco sweater was completely ruined with holes all over the front. It took the owner months to even contact me about a replacement that I asked for, and the most he offered me was $50.00 which was a fight to get in itself, which is way less then the price of my sweater. Absolutely unacceptable, I will not ever be trusting them to touch my clothing again, not to mention way overpr
